We ship to Italy and selected foreign countries.

All orders with a destination in ITALY, SAN MARINO, and VATICAN are shipped free of charge via tracked and insured express courier.

All orders with a destination outside of Italy are shipped via tracked and insured express courier at the rates shown in the table.

We offer a fast and secure service to ensure that every item arrives in perfect condition.

Any customs duties, local taxes, or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer in non-EU countries or in countries with specific customs regulations.

If your country is not listed, we encourage you to contact us to arrange a dedicated order.

Delivery times may vary depending on the courier. Generally, we hand over the shipment to the courier within 5 business days from receiving the order. After this, you will receive a tracking code to monitor the shipment.

It is the consumer's responsibility to provide a correct shipping address. The seller is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided at the time of purchase.

In case of delivery issues, we will contact you to provide the courier with the correct instructions for handling the goods.

Any additional costs for storage, handling, or customs operations, including taxes, duties, and penalties, will be your responsibility. If you fail to cover these expenses, the seller will pay them on your behalf and subsequently request reimbursement.

Any additional costs charged to the seller by the courier will be passed on to you.

In the event of non-collection by the consumer and the subsequent return of the goods to the seller by the courier, the seller will refund the amount paid, retaining any handling fees charged by the courier.

For orders from non-European Union countries, it is your responsibility to contact your local customs office to determine the amount of customs charges, which will be your responsibility. The purchase will only be completed after these charges are paid to the courier, who will retain the goods until payment is made.
